Is Listing an ad free for unlimited time?

• We currently have a FREE listing under Premium Package until Aug 31, 2011 for full 60 days! In this package, you will be able to take advantage of all Premium benefits for free! After 08/31/2011, all listings under this package will be removed and “set to draft” until you relist it again. On Sept 01, 2011, we will have new set of packages available for your needs and budget. You can then choose which ad package you like OR you can sign up under FREE listing indefinitely but with limited features.

How do I add a Listing?

• It’s easy! First, you need to create an account. After creating an account, you can go to your “My Account” page where you can see your detail information, read and create messages, create new ad, view your current ads, and have an access to support! Click on “create new ad”, choose a listing package then fill out the form. That’s it! Have fun listing your items!

Can you change your username?

Are There Different Types Of Packages after 08/31/2011?

• Yes, there will be new and inexpensive set of ad packages available starting on 09/01/201. You will receive an email prior to that date.

What are the benefits of Premium Membership?

• With Premium package, you can avail of the ffg: a) You will be allowed to use HTML on your ad descriptions to make your ad stand out from the rest b) You will be allowed to put your list on multiple categories c) You will be allowed to upload up to 4 images to showcase your item d) You will have an access to Google Map so your potential buyer can easily find your location and the best part is e) Your item will be put on the Featured listing to increase more exposure!
  

I forgot your password and I cannot sign in to the system. What should I do?

• Fill out the contact us form by going to “My Account” located at the top navigation bar of the website.

Can I reactivate my closed account?

• Yes, you can reactivate your closed account. Reactivation of closed accounts can be done simply by signing in with your correct username and password. The system will automatically activate the account on successful sign in.

I haven’t signed in to my account for a while. What will happen?

• All members who have not signed in for the past 12 months (1 year) will have their account automatically inactivated.  Once your account has been inactivated, you will be informed accordingly by the system the next time you sign in successfully and your account will be automatically activated.

My email settings are correct but I am not receiving any email from buyandsellpinoy.com?

• There is a possibility that buyandsellpinoy.com emails are either being bounced (deferred) by your email client or are being sent to your Spam or Bulk folder. Kindly check the said folder.

a. Click Spam menu item at the left column in Yahoo Mail.

b. Look for any of buyandsellpinoy.com emails in your Spam folder.

c. If you find one, select the email to display it.

d. Then click Not Spam menu item at the top to inform Yahoo that our email must not be delivered in your spam folder. Add our email address to your Contacts through any of the following step: Click Add menu at the right of Contacts menu item at the left column or  display one of our emails and click Add beside our email address.

Emails from buyandsellpinoy.com are being deferred. How can you correct this?

• When an email sent to your registered email address bounced, the system will temporarily suspend sending of emails to your email address. Bouncing emails can be due to any of the following:

-Your mailbox is full

- Email account is deactivated

- Email account is suspended

- Email domain is inaccessible

- Email server has technical problems

- Email requires verification

Check your e-mail account for problems and fix any issue that you discover.

• If email sending has been suspended for your account, a notification will be displayed in your member dashboard.  In order to remove the suspension, you have to click the link saying Click here to continue sending email to your registered e-mail address.

Do we recommend any free email service that doesn’t have any bouncing problems?

• We highly recommend using Gmail (http://www.gmail.com) as it doesn’t pose any bounding problem with buyandsellpinoy.com email notifications.

You want to invite your friends to use buyandsellpinoy.com. How can you do it?

• To invite your friends to use buyandsellpinoy.com, follow this step:

  While signed in, mouse over Member Menu on top of the page, mouse over Profile, then click Invite Friends.  On the Invite Friends page, select a particular referral link from the options listed and give the referral link to your friends.

What happens if my item get sold before the 30 days?

• If your item gets sold before the 30 days is up, it will still continue to run regardless. If it is a free listing, all you need to do is to edit your listing and type “SOLD” under the description and/or title. For paid listing packages, unfortunately, it is not pro-rated.
